If you aren't presenting who you really are here then why on earth should any of these people keep going on and on trying to help fake you?
03-21-2017 , 05:29 PM
I'm saying that you can't know someone's personality from an online forum.
03-21-2017 , 05:40 PM
That's not true, I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds land o lakes as a sour, humorless robotic fuddy duddy.

Words matter.

When people say that they don't like your personality they mean your online personality

I would venture we all know you better than your coworkers.

I think a lot of people here feel like they have an idea what you're like from the stories you've told of your interactions with people IRL like Code, Code's family and your bosses/co-workers, and your interactions with people like Chop, RJ and Rexx, whom everyone else gets along with.

How could someone think it was any way other than this?

FTR - I like MLYLT and think she's an interesting person.*

*Of course I'm talking about the online MLYLT. In real life, who knows?

You can't tell the difference in personalities between say.....Fabian, Tbabs, El Diablo, Jmakin and Tyler , from their online posts?

Let's focus on more positive thing besides everyone hating me or I'm finally gonna have to bounce to some other health and fitness blog.

Positives for today, my daughter is old enough to play baseball and I'm having a blast teaching her!

What would it take for you to not eat the doughnut?

Well she would have to be rude, which she isn't.
03-21-2017 , 09:14 PM
The calories on the donut are likely off too
03-21-2017 , 09:15 PM
Are you bitches for real? I had an awesome day with good food and 1/2 of a donut.

It was a good day, no one can argue that.
03-21-2017 , 09:19 PM
How can you be certain you're not going to consume another calorie, it's still early.
03-21-2017 , 09:28 PM
I might have a snack, but I generally don't eat late at night unless I'm staying up really late on the weekends. In 30 mins it's baths and bedtime.

Dinner, lunches, and snacks prepped through Friday:

*Dinner

But , great work

5 servings egg whites + 1 egg + a bit of butter scrambled Gordon Ramsay style and mixed with veggies/salsa/breakfast meat is an easy breakfast that should be pretty satiating (and 225 or so calories for the eggs), if you're looking for ideas.

I've been on a scrambled eggs plus serious eats frijoles charros kick as a tasty, high protein, relatively lol cal post workout lunch.

Thanks Monte.

Those beans look good

Why just the egg whites and one full egg?

Bitches? Is that really how you talk to people?

And yes, it's a serious question. If I was trying to lose weight I'd make a conscious effort to remove all junk from my diet with the exception of a cheat day here and there. It shows you aren't committed. Losing weight is about eating less, while keeping weight off is about implementing a lifestyle change. It seems like you aren't at this point yet given your fast food eating. And there is a lot of good advice in this thread, which you seemingly always ignore.

I generally don't have people irl being so negative towards me constantly and picking apart everything I say and do , so no I don't "talk" to people like that or go around calling people bitches.

I don't post very much about my weight loss publicly other than here because I'm embarrassed I got so fat, but I've only gotten positive feedback irl from people I know.

And, I'm 2 months away from one year of consistently losing weight. I don't think there is a lack of commitment. Everyone forgets that I've been losing at a good steady pace for 10months straight.
