Oof. Yeah. That's how he lost 12 pounds, especially since (if I remember correctly) he's essentially going low carb. I generally eat low carb and when I don't, the water weight comes back super fast, but I can lose ~5lbs of water weight in a day and a half by going no carb (and I'm 160 pounds).
And yeah, don't get any of us (or most of us) wrong; what you've lost is great, we just want to help you do better where you can, and make it sustainable (don't eat just vegetables and water).
