Today's weight 237 lbs. Terrible as I didn't hit my goal. Actually shocked that I'm down from last month. 1st 2 weeks were amazing, and I was doing very well diet wise, the last two weeks have been essentially a diet holocaust. But, down is better than up, and I'm probably going to be making a big announcement here in the next week or so, so this will hopefully be a much better month of health and weight loss.

All right after watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, I, like the stupid sucker I am, have decided to go at least 15 days on an all juice diet. I'll be mixing it up with different juices and such, but want to go without food and just juice only until July 28th. I'm interested to see how I feel and look forward to the challenge of the whole thing.
