Today's weight 225.5. I was such fat scum this month. As bad or worse than I've ever been in my entire life. Since back from out of town I have turned it around to a large degree or this number would be larger. Need to keep the good effort going, but ending 2014 under 200 seems impossible at this point.

Halstad: Never really gave that any sort of effort, haven't really been giving anything much effort over the last month. But I moved and that so far has been good for gym, so need to keep that up and reduce weight.
