i could see a bit of vinegar and/or a squeeze of lemon adding a different flavor and brightness to that without much of the extra baggage.
main reason i made the suggestion is if you find yourself eating it a lot because it has good numbers it can be nice to change it up a bit to help with food fatigue. vinegar and/or lemon are flavorful low cal ways to do it.
