So, I decided to start a much stricter diet today for the next couple weeks where I want to stay at or below 2200 calories every day, allow myself up to 80g carbohydrates on workout days only, and less than 50g all other days all while hitting at least 185g protein everyday. And no booze. Try to keep all this up through August 8. So just 18 days.

The trick to keeping carbs low, I think, is to not eat carbs.

Today I did a structured refeed. Ate a ton of lentils. Went down a lot easier covered in pasta sauce.

I know a lot of actual strategy doesn’t make it in here, but was this a one day refeed?

Really good job on the fat intake. Protein looks a bit high. Might have left ~60-80g of delicious carbs on the table.

Was a 5 hour refeed. Like I said, they were lentils, so they had protein, and they were not delicious carbs.
