Swimming laps is a great exercise yet is extraordinarily difficult and really boring as well. Also, I’m very happy that you like fried chicken so much. Wait a little bit after eating before you jump back in the pool though.

192.5 lbs this month, down 1 from last month. February is going to be a good month for health and fitness here on the Malucci page. Going to be as aggressive as possible with IF that I have been doing some of this month, and getting a lot of gym and snowboarding in as well. Should translate to some weight loss/body recomposition success. Stay tuned.
