Yeah, I had a nice deficit going at the end of the night and I washed it away with a bunch of beers and bar food. And you're right, I totally could have locked it down, but I didn't. And it wasn't too hard or anything, I just said "**** it" and didn't do it. I'm not blaming anyone other than myself which is how I live my life.

BTW if you're actually averaging something like 25000 steps a day. Your TDEE is prob closer to 4000.

What's a TDEE...my steps numbers are going to fall drastically after Thursday, I can't wait. There are going to be some binge days, but they'll be more alcohol than anything else probably. More reason to stay on top of things now, but just because I have more reason doesn't mean I will. I really need to do more cooking but I have the most craptastic electric range and it's awful, I should do some oven work....ugh, I just suck so much I should just eat a bullet and be done with it.

Squats 1x5 1x2 185, first squats in a while, left quad/groin maybe screamed at me real hard so I shelved it

Leg press 1x8 270 1x8 180 that screaming is still happening albeit slightly more muffled...concern very present now

Nope, I drank and ate earlier then passed out for 5 hours or so...then ate a too large amount of food again even though I wasn't that hungry. Big fat fail all around. Next couple days will be heavy in booze and cals too I expect
