185.6 average this week down 1.7 lbs from last week and lowest number since October. Two very positive trends.

244 lbs in September 2015 was the highest recorded weight of mine.

It’s literally the only thing I can do right now, so I really need to do that. I will definitely be getting steps in now, but I don’t think I will be able to lift/do much of anything for months.

So diet even more key than ever. Good time to create some good habits. Though food prep/cooking/dishes with one hand is far from ideal.

Wings, fries, not pictured are a great fry sauce, green Chile ranch, and bleu cheese. Sadly non of it was hot/fresh, and was a bad food choice for being in a sling.
