Lots of times, I’m wasted and I’m sort of guessing and sort of over estimating instead of underestimating.
But the other day I had a hot toddy, 4 Miller Lites, a 24oz and a 16oz Modelo, lots of chips salsa and bean dip, then a Queso fundido with beef and mushrooms(split), Al pastor smothered burrito (split), Shrimp chimichanga (split), Mexican rice. All of that was around 3k calories finding commensurate things on MFP. Then later I ate 2 spicy and 1 regular CFA sandwich and large fries with a bunch of different sauces and a large chocolate shake which took me well over 6k. So...that’s how it happens. Usually involves at least one FF binge, sometimes more.
