I have a strange psychological compulsion:
I am motivated by lines on a graph.

Keeping off tilt? Think about the pretty Poker Tracker graph.
Sticking to budget? Microsoft money graphs.
Losing weight? Excel graph of weight pleasantly sloping downward.

I'm currently doing triathlon training, and I'll soon be doing SS as well. I'd like to use a free, online program to track my progress and generate those lovely motivating graphs of progress.

I've tried onlinefitnesslog.com, but the interface is clunky and the graphs don't break down by exercise. I know I can go through the trouble of building a super-Excel sheet to do this, but I was wondering if anyone knew of an online site or existing template that can track Sets x Reps x Weight, pace and duration, etc.

Thanks for your help!

Agreed. Now that my job won't have me traveling for awhile, I'll be able to start a normal workout routine. Here's the Excel sheet I set up (with sample values thrown in). Took 2 minutes to set up, and you can customize it however you want.
