Not a great day. Felt sluggish, and while warming up my left groin/hamstring felt awful. Kept doing air squats between press sets and decided to skip squats. Not a big deal but wasn't worth pushing through. DL tomorrow.
Called an audible here. Definitely have a strained left adductor or something to that effect. Was acting up during warmups. So I turned my toes in and narrowed my stance to lower the stress and kept the weights a little lighter. Got a halfway decent workout this way.
DB Incline:
45s x10-15x3
Shoulders also didn't feel great so just did some light pushing work with DBs rather than a DB. Feels pretty good now. Crazy how that works.
I watch a fair bit of hate5six. Most of it sucks but I find some gems. Was never really into disembodied, sorta before my time but that was a really sick set. Another one that falls into the same category. Never got into them but they played the hell out of this set:

My left groin was tight as hell this morning. During warmups and just squatting with the bar I sorta strained it or something. Thought DLing might be OK but after 5th rep with 135 it locked up a bit. Will try to keep moving. Might DL tomorrow, or just a bunch of air squats. Who knows.
