Meh. Weight likely artificially low as didn't have a ton of carbs and was a bit dehydrated from some beers on Saturday. waist surprised me as I went down a belt notch during the week. Maybe bloat from the beers. All in all staying pretty consistent with my eating so that's good.

def wasn't, but a 4RM wouldn't shock me. 1st rep of every DL set is always the worst so maybe I under-shoot my single RPEs.

I also think if you ran the bridge with -1 on all RPEs the end result wouldn't be much different.

Sick--what would you estimate is your 1RM right now?

On your first reps your hips are doing a little up-down-up thing before the liftoff. Is that to build up some stretch reflex or just getting comfortable or something?

yeah I see that. Mostly habit. I like getting my air with the legs more extended. It's unnecessary but it's slight enough that I don't really think it's a big deal.

395x5 @7 roughly translates to 500. I doubt that for me, but probably like 485 or something. Hard to say as I'm worse at singles. Confident in 475 but after that who knows.

While it's cool seeing a number that low, it's def fake news. I played STUD last night on the late-ish side. Got to bed ~3/3:30. While I always drink plenty of water and coffee something about foxwoods always leaves me dehydrated. I weighed in at 218.6 Saturday morning (which was also a bit surprising). I'll be pretty OK with a number in the 216s next week.

Looks solid. If anything, maybe bending your knees too early on the way down leading to the bar bouncing away from you a bit--I can't tell if you're repositioning it fully on the floor after that (but I always catch myself *not* doing that).

Also, I'm tempted to try to zoom in and see if I can read your diary.
