Keep getting this flutter in my left arm Keep getting this flutter in my left arm

Did a back/biceps workout on saturday and it was pretty intense. Finished with bicep curls, when doing my left arm its weaker than my right so to finish the sets once my left arm failed i used my right arm to help it finish.

Since, i keep feeling this flutter at the joint between left bicep and forearm. It feels like my nerve is having a spasm or theress a blood vessel that gets blocked and its 'spurting' or something. Very strange sensation to describe... Happening now for 3 days... it stops if I massage it or extend my arm, anyone know what this might be?

Sounds like fasciculations--probably caused by overwork, possibly in conjunction with magnesium deficiency.

I got one on my right chest earlier too but i never exercised that part. Arm still flutters every 5-10 mins. Feel like a hypochondriac, ''maybe my arteries are clogged up''. I can't tell what it is.

has ANYONE had experience of this?

I get twitches in the muscle sometimes. It normally happens when I get a lot of inflammation or hard work resulting in a lot of inflammation and sometimes it just happens. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it keeps happening for a long time. Mine normally went away after 1-3 weeks.
