So I was at a rainforest lodge yesterday and today. Two separate group of crossfitters there. One was just a Puerto Rican or something couple from Florida. South Lake crossfit. Our crossfit coach freddbird probably knows them. Dude was fairly jacked and kinda cool. his tiny woman said something dumb like "any micronutrient (sic) can turn into sugar" after another dude asked her about whatever it's called when excess protein is converted to carbs. Pretty sure fat doesnt convert to carbs IDIOT.

But there was this other bigger group from Chicago. One dude def lifted and he seemed like an OK guy. Rest were such obnoxious attention whores. They just couldn't shut their mouths and spoke extra exaggerated as they were performing jokes for everyone's benefit.

What I'm saying is dt should find them and troll them.

Agreed, I loved it. If and when FDA gets their act in gear, I'll probably hang out a single and specialize in those sorts of remediation activities, so it can't happen soon enough imo.
