Of course it matters. The truth must be disseminated. This guy keeps talking about cutting down to 6%?!! Lol. Everybody should be yelling at him. He thinks he is going to cut to 6% with no drugs and 2700 daily calories!!

Just imagine a 400lb squatter kept showing videos of 1/4 squats at 400. The forum would go berserk and he would be shown the light right away.

This is exactly the same thing. This guy keeps posting pics of him looking exactly the same and lifting exactly the same. Yet he thinks he is 167 9%. Timbahwolf is 170 8%, a bit taller, and looks absolutely nothing like EV.

The only people that accurately assess bodyfat is myself, Pummi, and realbusto. Sometimes you, Soulman. And Evo has seen the light recently. That's it. Everybody else just hallucinating delusional fatty.

People say I should be bulking. I am 167 and I am borderline overweight. My girlfriend told me today I am starting to get rolls. Bulk?? WTF?!!

And yes EV looks fine. He should get stronger.

Actually, he seems to be getting weaker, but maybe he is sacrificing weight on the bar for all the high rep stuff.

Is Pummi wearing a barette in that picture? Might need to finish off this minicut with a two week meth cycle imo.

loco, I'm not arguing that what EV thinks is 6% isn't actually like 8% or so, but you representing that it's 10% is just as idiotic, unless you'll stipulate that you're including head fat, in which case we've had this discussion before.

loco, fair enough that the number itself ideally should be correct. In the end I doubt anyone in H&F's gonna end up on the stage wearing a thong in front of screaming fans, so the number itself is basically just mental masturbation. Cut when you look too fat in the mirror, bulk when you don't. Don't eat all of the nomzies.

And yeah agree on the head fat thing. Just don't.

I would like to meet loco's gf one day. She sounds like the sort of troll I would get along with.

Loco, if you ever make it to Upsidedownland, the first two breads pudding serves are on me.

My assumption is that I'm around 10% BF in those and imo you're not quite as lean in your latest pics.

Note: My pics are also of no-pump variety.
Not that there's much LBM that could be pumped, but nevertheless.
I agree with you that you are leaner than me. However, I disagree with you about being 10%, you are below that.

Here is 13.5%. I was only 156 here.

Spoiler:

EV has lost his mind. He posted a chunky 180 pic at 18%. And he cut in 6weeks to 167 9%?!!! On average 2900 calories with a little bit of cardio? Lol. He is facking insane.

Unsubscribed. Let him live in his delusion. I got slapped in the face by reality, but I accepted it. I am fat. I am weak. I will never be a Swole. I got the OLDS.

EV can be a Swole one day. But he has a ways to go and he needs to accept reality. It's going to take 5-10 years. Not magically be 180 10% next year. What a donk.
1) He is very clearly under 10% and no not by a hair but by a good amount
2) Our core looks similar in these pics but there is no way we are both 13.5% that is ridiculous. Maybe more like 10-11% prob 10.5%
3) You aren't old, get over yourself
4) This is like my 9/10th week of cutting and my calories are WAY below 2900
5) I understand I prob won't even get to 180 10% by the time I am 30 y/o and I accept that
6) I also understand I am likely not 8-9% but I am definitely 10.5% IMO

Let me set this straight. As Monte said, my 6% is more like 7-8%. I am going by my estimations and my goal is to be leaner than last year and get sub 10% on the DEXA scan. The one thing I do like about Loco because so passionate/anal about body fat percentage is that he constantly puts me in check. I am glad I do not have a lot of people agreeing with me because that wouldn't help me improve myself. I will just be happy when I get the results of the DEXA and be sub 10% because that is obviously proof. Bulking or not depends solely on your goals and not what everyone thinks you should do.

Also, I am getting stronger and will continue to. Getting sick killed me, pretty standard.

Lower body power

Weight: 166.8

- Woke up super late, didn't even hear my alarm but got about 9 hours of sleep. Don't care that much, got away with more sleep so can't complain.

- I know I am weak but to be honest I really don't care. As long as I get my goal physique in the next 10 years I will be happy with that. I'll gradually get stronger but it's not a big concern to me. I want to compete in Men's Physique, that is part my primary concern.

Decided to shoot for over 200 lbs for squat, it's been a long time since I even went over 175 lbs so I was pretty happy. I had more in me but my hip flexors kept kinda weird during my 3rd rep so decided to rack it as there will be plenty more opportunities.

Some serious butt wink going on there my orange friend. Seems like you need to fix ye olde blocke of granite, aka having a super solid core before each rep.

More like a barret.
You know that I'm a green barret, trained in the best army in the world?
AFAIK the only army ITW to ever stop waaaaaaay out-numbered and out-armed Soviet Russians.

2 weeks Meth-cycle would be overkill imo.
Need to hold on to dat LBM.

Damn, I didn't think it was that bad lol guess it is. I'll keep that in mind for next time. When you do each rep, do you remind yourself to keep your chest out? I try to remind myself to keep my weight on my heels so maybe that's why my core hasn't been tight.

Maybe Munzer would be the exception to count as legit loco 10% while still having some lbm.

Dude legit looks like all skin and fat has been stripped off and his muscles painted a deep brown. I'd say it's possible he's even 9% BF.

"Chest out" usually means your core gets less tight since it leads to flaring your chest/ribs out. Watch this vid on how to properly brace: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEJ-vJpiOY4

You might want to wait for Monte to ok me giving any advice. I think I'm in the clear since you currently squat less than me, though I'm a bit unclear on the rules so probably best to wait until he chimes in.

Just not possible.

bros,

stop cracking jokes about my concentration camp habitus, that's bad-mannered
