Yeah it's tough, I eat healthy foods and some real crap foods. Protein shakes help and alot of rice and ground turkey or pasta and ground turkey. Whole wheat bread has decent amount of protein in it plus turkey and ham coldcuts can easily be 40g+ protein. I recently stopped with the coldcuts because I am watching my sodium levels. I get this orange chicken from Costco which I can heat up whenever and is good on protein. I have that with brown rice and broccoli. I eat a TON of cereal with skim milk and have pop tarts and the met rx protein bars for snacks. I eat a lot of egg whites too. The list goes on and on.

Some things are starting to come into focus; maybe switch to a different color chicken and see if you move on from your oompa loompa phase?

at the gym now and basically I'm forced to bench and do some machine for legs. deadlifts and squats would put too much strain on my neck prob because my form is chit. ill go as high as I can for bench without **** up my neck. need some gainzzz.

- What a joke of a session. Pathetic. I feel like I'm almost complaining as much as loco but ffs such b1tch light light weight. Gainzzz will be going away if I don't get better soon. On a positive note, my left bi is fully recovered after taking the last 2 days off, now my neck needs to heal up quickly.
- My good friend is coming home saturday from the military and yes I will be getting smashed at his coming home halloween party. I havent drank in half a year because of strict diet/etc.. will be a good time and EV will most likely be shirtless by the end of the night telling people they need to start lifting if they want aesthetics.

Hurt my back/neck last week was totally stiff, still minor stiffness but should be better soon. At least I can go somewhat hard now prob like 80%. Starting up tomorrow again. Can't afford to give Monte any more days to get stronger than me.

haha im about to use craze right now.. still hungover, last night was the first time I drank in like 4 months. Did more shots than loco can do in reps of benching 135 . Is that a brag or beat?
