You don't answer a question with a question. That's not how this works. At all.

Why? And btw insulting somebody for being a stay-at-home dad is scumbag level. A very cursory glance at his log reveals several posts about traveling for work.

While this is true, that would require actually retaining the information he reads and/or caring about someone other than himself, hence that "gotcha" post that I just had to dodge.

It was a joke obviously I know he isn't. It's a joke stating he certainly has a lot of free time at his job.

Lol at front squats with less than a wheel

Lol at leg press with less than three wheels

Lol at any deadlift variation with a 10 on each side

I don't see how you can act hard on these prisoners with these babyyweights. They would chuckle if they saw you at gym.

So you got pseudo-diagnosed with a "sprained disc" that will "always have scar tissue" and that you should "avoid squats and deadlifts", yet you've decided, for some reason, to keep doing SLDLs*, an even more lower back dominant DL variation (for basically negative weight, but still). Do you ever accept advice or coaching that doesn't fit with what you've already decided to be true? Speaking of which, has your coach commented on your proposed routine yet?

*This is assuming that you're doing SLDLs and not RDLs (hint: SLDLs are from the floor, and given you're supposedly pulling a barbell from the floor with the largest diameter plate being a ten, I'm going to express skepticism )

Given EV's history of FULL ROM I think that's a bit unfair Monte.

Don't be silly, ibav, I'm sure he connects with his muscles for well over nine minutes between exercises.

the great thing about the last 7 posts is they all share a commonality- reading abilities are below average. I did enjoy the meme tho, name yourself you troll.

EV,

SLDLs or RDLs? If the former, were you pulling off the floor? If so, were you using bumpers? If the latter, are you still training others even though you don't know what exercises are actually called?

Curiously,

Monte

tbh I think I could get someone to a 405 DL using only 25s and 45s.

Probably, I don't doubt progress is possible at all.

Would be curious on how to program it.

progressive volume+reps ldo. I'm not sure EV will ever pull 4 plates (again?) though.

Back injury will most definitely be blamed. Although with remotely smart programming I'm sure you could get there doing fs+bb rows only anyway.

Why would I want to pull 4 plates? To snap my shiet up? Pass.

Actually one of my old buddies who doesn't even lift called me out on my form on this lift. I never responded, you guys can judge. I been very bad about updating my Instagram, I really don't like the whole thing. But I got keep doing it as long as I have targets I want to hit.

But anyways going back to EV, he has added zero muscle the last few months. It's all gains from going fat approaching 180. Kid is delusional.
you are a huge tool loco

I don't know if there's anyone who's legit 180lbs 10% 5'9 who cannot deadlift 405, even if they don't regularly deadlift. Which is fine, I think it's a pretty redundant exercise if you're rowing and squatting with any intensity. Even FSing alone with some kind of other low back row/extension/hip hinge movement would eventually pull 4 plates.

I mean I guess wheelchair bbers...
