Fabian,

correcthorse.gif. The standard internet game "Trolling or Moron" doesn't really work here.

Fair enough.

The standard internet game "Laugh at the moron" does seem to work though!

I keep thinking how many squat reps I could hit at 140 (EV's working set).

I mean I have to be a lock for 20+. But honestly I think I am live to hit 140x40!!!!! And I haven't backsquatted in years!

Who the fack would do working sets with same a weight a 155lb marathon runner can hit for 40?!! What about his RDL? No joke I can hit 65x1000!!!! Seriously I can probably hit 65 for reps nonstop til I literally piss myself 8 hours later.

Kid hasn't hit a PR in 5 years and wonders why. Facking 140x7, LOL.

I got weak in academy, Dafuq. Isn't that obvious? It happened in 2015 then I got stronk quickly. And yes 3x/week will not do jack**** to my physique, it's a fact.

EV,

Are you saying that running SS for three months wouldn't get you stronger?

Negative. It would. That's also a fact.

So you're still more concerned with physique than strength? (Not that there's anything inherently wrong with that, though making that clear would probably help calibrate some of the responses a bit more towards what you're trying to do.)

Eh Combination of the both. It's tough for me to say I'm only concerned about strength, you guys know me by now.

What's the rationale behind using a sixty second rest period for your main compound lift if, at least in theory, getting stronger is a goal?

Perhaps also supply a list requirements.

EV's strength program must include

1) six days a week
2) high reps
3) low weight
4) partial ROM
5) do not add weight without decreasing ROM
6) orange chicken

Someone more familiar with our hero might write a better list. I'm just guessing.

Seems pretty accurate except for max 1 min between sets on compound lifts, 30 secs for accessories.

Does this uggo program specify 60 seconds rest?

That's a good point. I haven't ate orange chicken since 2014, no wonder my gains have been slacking!

Already worked out 3x this week. Think I'm gonna workout fri/sat/sun as well. Getting back on the grind, feelsgoodmane.

Also the prison food was rough today. I only eat protein/veggies/rice they often have this Egg plant parm/ raviolis and brownies ppl go ham on but fack that. Chicken/rice then 2nd plate of cheese+ tuna for me. Yesterday was beef and veggies which was goat.
