Signed up for new gym. Didn't have time to work out. I guess I'm going to retrace my steps using gslp lame boring boring stuff. I've really been working on the diet and am down to 240. So yeah starting monday I think.

The nomzies didn't get me yet!!

Actually went to the gym today. I only had 45 minutes so I was a tad rushed.

Bench
warm ups
2x5x135
4x135 I think if I wasn't so rushed I could've gotten number five. Considering the long layoff and my awful bench I'm pretty pleased with this.

Squat
warm ups
2x5x185
7x185

Pretty happy with this. I am going to see how it goes but I am planning on adding ten lbs a work out till I get to 225 then go to 5lbs. Pretty happy overall. Just have to stick with it this time.

Laid off for a few days because I was sore as a mother. Going to go m/w/f from now on.

Really focused on shoving my ass out and my chest up so as not to good morning the crap out of the weight. It worked but felt awkward. Did bbb bench today because why not?

Here's the first set. Does this look better, obviously still some good morning but I think it looks a bit better. Also this was by far the worst set for me.

Look at the bar path. It goes diagonally forwards. It should be straight up and down, or as close to it as possible.

What do you mean by "focused on shoving my ass out"? Hopefully you do not mean shoving it backwards, which could be just causing your torso to fall forwards.

You have the bar racked higher than a low bar position, but you are using mostly Low bar cues. Have you tried using high bar cues? Squat between the legs, etc.

Today is the first day I've done deadlifts in like 17 years. It was okay but my grip was really awful. I could've gotten more if I had brought my chalk. This was all after being up for 13 hours.

Here's the video. Something's off and I can't tell what. It looks like my upper back is rounding and I'm not getting low enough. Thoughts?

Deadlifts look good. Get a neutral head position and don't jerk the bar off the floor.

Yeah I was happier with them. You're right about my head. My grip was failing big time. Definitely need chalk.

Here's what's up. I've made a promise to myself to go to the gym 3xweek for a month straight. I am going to make it a priority in my life. I can never get any traction because stuff always got in the way. I went today and kinda did some different stuff.
