Got curious and went to wiki. It seems that it doesn't mean a damn thing as there are no government controls on the use of the term. Marketing ftl

First time posting in HaF forum.
I am a skinny guy who wants to gain some muscles and weight. I will be joining a gym in a couple of weeks. Please link me to a good thread where I can find a good workout program/routine. Thanks!

Seriously, look at Starting Strength or another linear progression.

Lift a lot and eat a lot. This is especially true for skinny guys, but you can't gain muscle unless you eat more than you usually do.

You need to set achievable goals bro. That would be like me getting under 400 lbs in the squat rack.

Also, with regards to resets, the whole point of gslp is to crush resets. Resets aren't to be feared. But when you reset and work your way back to weights you've already done, you should be beating rep records.

Learn to love reps.
Yeah, some rep prs after resets is another reason I find the rep scheme a little more interesting.

I don't even think impolite things about people from that part of the world.

Everyone I meet from there either has bullet scars or I recognize them from a Faces of Death video.

So f*ck my life right in the ass.

I hurt my rear delt bowling (Cricket. It's like pitching in baseball yo ) yesterday.

I bowled. I heard/felt a tearing kind of sound. Lots of pain. ~24hrs later it still hurts.

I can do like pushups ok. I can externally rotate it against resistance with no pain. I can internally rotate it with no pain, but if I add any resistance it hurts lots. Raising my arm in front hurts when it gets to about parallel to the ground. Raising arm to side doesn't really hurt. Overhead press type movement hurts lots.

So first. I want to kill myself.

But second, is there a usual culprit for this kind of injury? I'm thinking along the line of muscle imbalance type thing? Like, maybe my pecs or front delts are stronger relative to my rear delt so like when they pull my arm over they do it harder/faster than the rear delt can handle?

I doubt it was a not warming up properly thing, because I'd bowled heaps of balls already with varying intensity, although I'm also wondering if fatigue can be a main contributor? I guess I'd done a fair few highpulls and snatches the day before.
