I think this is interesting. When someone explained to me what it was I was like 'eww wat' but then I thought about it. If you go into it with a different mindset I imagine it could be quite good.

Into my second week of LRB programming and the most obvious point so far is that 5-6 x 20-30 is so far removed from 4 x 8-12 it's not even funny.

Have you considered that I could be a self-parody?

But you're right, no reason to generalize. Maybe there are a lot of well-balanced world champion fighters. Who really knows.

After using the Samsung Galaxy S3 for 1 month I said **** it and bought the iPhone 5 today. Finally everything feels tidy, integrated and sturdy again.

There is no worse feeling that losing a deep PLO pot live and buying back in for 100bb. I'm lucky to not have to deal with that around here... it's usually either deeper, effectively uncapped (buy to biggest stack) or uncapped.

My wife got an iPhone 5 and I got a Galaxy Note 2 (similar interfact to s3, I guess). Note 2 seems a little more advanced to me, but idk. Probably comes down to that I am used to android now.

def more customizability and options with android but iphone had several minor things that I used a lot and that I was so used to without even realizing it that I couldn't appreciate anything about the android because it didn't have them

except for the huge screen

Apparently the dip belt that I was using the past month or so at my gym was just a random from the lost and found bin that made it's way to the floor everyday. I went to dip last night and ofc it's no where to be found and after looking and asking the front desk guy, it was claimed I guess.

So now I guess it's time to buy one, cause I think weighted dips are pretty crispy imo

for your time

A case for shaming fatties, tastefully

Quote:
The edgy strategy he came up with entails "social pressure combined with vigorous government action." Callahan likens it to the campaign to end smoking: The combination, in his experience, of being criticized, sent outside, and taxed for his "nasty habit" was the motivation he needed to quit.

"The force of being shamed and beat upon socially," he writes, "was as persuasive for me to stop smoking as the threats to my health."

Been contemplating getting some weighted dips in. I can do 30 dips on my first set so yeah, probably time to bro up.

Question though: I do weighted weighted pullups by holding a dumbbell in the pit of my knee; do you think this would work the same with weighted dips or is it gonna be awkward with dips?

Note 2 is GOAT for large people with big hands. I've used my wife's iPhone since, and I'm like, "What is this, a phone for ants? It needs to be at least... three times bigger."
