Got any training updates? Current program? Goals? How did the injuries/surgeries end up?

Training is pretty similar to what it's always been, I'm just weak as f**k compared to what I used to be. 50lbs of bodyweight will do that, who knew? I do try to add some conditioning to every session though, usually something like a 500m row on the C2.

I've been playing lacrosse lately and have another tournament next month. That's been fun, and something totally different. And I'm pretty terrible at it.

All the surgeries ended up well, my last one was July 2015. Hopefully that's it for me, lol.

She hasn't done one in many years, maybe if there was a good money meet she'd come back, but the ROI just isn't there. I'd agree with your coach, it doesn't get more efficient than that.

Lots of numbers wouldn't surprise me given a different measuring stick. None of them would change the way I look either, lol. I just keep all the variables the same when I body comp to have a semi-accurate understanding of what's happening with my body.
