Vacation is over. Ate all the food and drank all the drink, but did get some hiking and tennis in. Obviously won my weight loss and lunges part of the bet. Everyone else won their side of the bet.

Made a bar to hang gymnastic rings in my truck, so I can add some additional exercises that will make me sad.

Current plan is to maintain weight between 180 and 185 and get more exercise.

Weight 182. Not gonna log food unless I get above 185 and need to diet. We'll see whether I need to track to eat ok.

Got in an upper body workout yesterday. Knees and back sore still from tennis. Otherwise feel good, which is not normal at all for me after time off in Vegas.
