Olives: Both. Not at the same time. That day was green olives.

The breakfast was very good. They disproved the notion that you cannot have too much gravy with your biscuits.

I feel pretty good after 3-ish months of maintenance. Back to losing weight until I get back to Vegas towards the end of the second week of March. I'll adjust if I start having difficulty getting my lunges done. Weight 182.2

Speaking of keeping it up - the laborious information needs sprucing up to reduce tedium. For example total calories consumed number should be offset from exercise calories burned. Giving a more accurate total of what is occurring with Brian's body/calorie count.

Also, seemly trivial things, like how many times Brain must adjust his nut sack during a long haul and the subsequent calories burned doing so, should be added. Many other details that add up should also be reported. I suggest a spread sheet with proper categories to track all the pertinent parameters. He needs something to occupy his mind during down time.
