Salmon filets. Around .75-1.00 lbs per filet. Bake it in aluminum foil at 450 for 20 min with garlic, white pepper, salt, Dill seed, EV Olive Oil). Better than any restaurant salmon I've ever had and a third the price with hardly any preparation time. It's ready to go in the oven before it's pre-heated. Pour lemon juice over before eating.
Broccoli and green beans
Steamer Bags
Cans of tuna
1 lb bag of M&M's

Tons of fail.

Red meat = good. Lean meats = good.

Lots of fruit = bad. Rice = bad.

If he wants to get cut as he says he does, he needs fats and proteins. Carbs from veggies only.

This isn't correct. So much of the bad advice takes items out of the context of their diets and their goals. Not to mention this seems to indicate the std "Carbs are AIDs" which is very person dependent and hardly something that is good for compliance. Fruits can easily be included on a diet while still managing low carb. Not to mention they typically have decent micronutrional profiles.

I absolutely love fruit and advocate fruits, but not as your sole intake of carbs. I guess I worded it too strongly above. He said "lots of fruit", which I disagree with. Berries are amazing.

Everything about that post sucked dicks. Lots of fruit may have been the best piece of advice in it, other than eat lean meat. Its like two okay pieces of information coupled with a ton of really bad information. The crap about sushi is ******ed. If I went home, breaded and fried a half pound of shrimp, and then consumed a ton of french fries... people would lololololol at me. But that isn't markedly different from what most people eating sushi do in practice. Of course I could eat a can of tuna and some empty carbs, but that isn't really how people eat sushi.
