Happens pretty often it's pretty funny.

I used to have a roommate who drank a gallon of milk every day because, well, he liked it. I don't remember if it was 1% or skim, but either way he was like 6'4" and 300 pounds. Doing GOMAD for the flavor. Lol it works to gain weight I would say.

I'm a fat guy, so I'm not too flexible, so it's hard to get proper elbow position for me in low bar. I'm really not too worried about trying to eke out a few more pounds by using low bar. I'll stick with high bar with lower weights for a while along with the stretching and ART and see how it goes.

no. but you'll probably want one later. all the 10mm, 4" belts are similar from what i've read. APT, inzer, toro, etc.

bought some "over the calf" socks last night b/c I'm sliced open both my shins doing deads/PCs lately, they are enormous, more like over the knee. I look ridiculous but I didn't bleed, so I'll keep wearing them.

I'm finally getting to the point where I could see myself failing a PC or a FS, and frankly my gym setup is pretty dangerous for that. Right behind the power cage is a calf machine with a bar to hold the weights perfectly squared up with where I'd fall back were I to bail on the weight. Hilarity could ensue, I'll be sure to tape the next few times. Other options are to PC/Snatch in the long walk way in between the leg presses and benches, only issue there is I'd be in the way of everyone, but were I to bail backwards I wouldn't impale myself.

Cut out two panels from a 2-liter bottle to slip inside those socks. I wore longer socks up high but I was still sharing my DNA with the bar. I haven't bled since using the Mcguyver solution.

I haven't failed a PC in a manner that would make me fall back, although I have had to take a step back a few times but I don't think I was ever in danger of falling in those instances.
