Surely this was diagnosed by a doctor that had answers to these questions, right?

I've not had a broken bone myself before, but have read of others healing considerably quicker after taking vitamin D3. Would imagine eating foods rich, or taking a vitamin K2 supplement will help the healing process along also.

I had a very small hairline fracture in January in my upper arm. It was diagnosed, I stayed off of the ice and away from hockey, and didn't life for about 3 and a half week and I was about 90% and able to get back in to everything pretty quickly. There was stll some soreness, but I didn't have any strength loss or mobility issues aside from the natural loss due to lack of training when I came back.

I mean, I probably didn't take the optimal route, but it seemed to work out for me alright and I have no lingering effects.
