Those are axle continental clean and press (strongman lift). It is a get it from the ground to overhead in just about any way possible. Looks like they are using a bit too much weight for most, but they may also be seeing how much they can do.

Reason: slow pony
Saw a fattie on the elliptical moving very slowly, watching tv and drinking a Starbucks blended sweet iced drink of some kind. WTF it isn't even January yet. Go away.
That first video is what it's like at my gym. Gah. I can't believe people get paid to tell clients to lift like that.
I'm not sure if the female regional manager at my gym is on steroids. Maybe. Maybe not. She has won bodybuilding competitions. Ridiculously low bodyfat and muscle definition. But to see her exercise form you'd think wow, wtf, DYEL?

Ironically, she's coming to the gym to add calories.
Damn crash. You know Starbucks blended sweet iced drink of some kind is an elite pre, post, and mid-workout supplement. Why the hate? Must be trolling. Need 1k calories per mile. If lifting weights, 2k calories per set.
I mean yeah they're continental cleans etc etc, but why are they doing continental cleans with a bunch of DYELers. Seems pretty dangerous with people who aren't already experienced with barbells.
Fairly ript black dude (dats wassis) standing on the bench press station doing SLDLs with a super narrow stance... well, it had to be super narrow because he was facing backwards so he could unrack the bar obviously...

American black dudes> all other nation's black dudes

Why are those weights so big when they clearly aren't heavy at all? Every gym I've ever been to, the weights that looks like that were 45 lbs. Those can't be more than 10.
