Just be stronger than them and they will listen. It worked for me at least.

Aw man, Dids looks dangerously close to how I look except I never dress like that.

I do get punched in the face a lot, though.

I like that Dids lost a bunch of weight but didn't buy new clothes.

A friend of a friend is writing a new "workout book" and claims will change the way people workout.

Started off about how bulking and cutting everyone's been doing is wrong. I'm trying not 2 say anything 2 my friend about it since this guy writing the book is a juice bag and my friend thinks this guy knows everything.

Ended the conversation with I should stop heavy squating since it will end up ruining my knees and back.

Hard to argue when the so called author is jacked up from the roids and I'm just average looking. Lol.

bulking cutting isn't necessary on roids, it's actually detrimental since you can just substitute in different drugs depending on what your goals are.

natties should avoid juicehead advice like the plague, that includes fake youtube natties.

Guy at the gym yesdurrday wearing a belt loaded up the bar with 315 and deadlifted several reps with a horribly rounded back. Rounded like how many of us look when we first lean over the bar and psyche ourselves up (but then we align our back before the lift). He kept his back rounded until lockout. I thought yikes, this guy. Then he goes over for more plates and I look on in horror as he adds two more 45s and completes more rounded back deadlifts at 405. I stayed true to my commitment not to say anything to anyone at the gym anymore but it was tough. Ashamed I didn't take video.

I don't see how those guys do that. I let my back round just a little on my last rep of my last set of 315 DLs and my back still hurts 2 days later.

He was wearing a belt, so it's all good.

BR, you should have given him the ole fist bump and encouraged him to go for 5 plates.

Then call 911 as he's loading up the plates.

Well I mean hard to argue with someone who's 240 with a six pack. He has results.

I just assume results are from roids. Not anything to do with his new training formula he's about to teach in his new book.

I swear the indestructible rubber-back thing is just genetic, just another thing to rustle our jimmies because they don't "deserve" to lift that much. Kinda like the black guys that spend 1/2 hour a week in the gym and walk around with 8% bf.

Lots of very strong people like these. They will get your back strong if you can avoid blowing out discs. They will also almost certainly shorten these guys' lifting careers because they eventually will wear out the discs.

The round-back lifters wont last forever without blowing out discs.

These disks you speak of do they blow just doing one lift or is it slow and methodical after years of ****ty form?
