So does anyone her who trains to bulk all time not use these protein suppliments?

Its just I been bulking for few years now as naturaly skinny with fairly good results from just eating a fair bit and always making sure whatever I eat is protein.

Starting to wonder if going onto some supliments will give me a boost especially thinking about cyclone as have a pal who got buff as fook due to that stuff

I haven't bought supps in a year, i prefer protein from egg whites, cheaper and get less bloated

your pal got buff from steroids btw, i can assure you it wasn't from the magic of weight gainers.

hawaiians have good bodybuilding genetics, can't say i've seen one without some nice calf definition.

Hmmm yeah well Im still unsure I think the fact that he is a black guy helps alot though.

Ive worked out with a black guy before pretty sure those guys just got to look at the weights and veins start poping.

Dont mean to sound like a noob I been training a few years picked it up in prison so have been around a ton of steroids and guys that use but never used.

Just thought would ask as most people I know who weight train are using suppliments. I also know a fair few guys openly on steroids which doesn't bother me just rather not myself

if he's black then throw out everything i said, black genetics are weird, can never tell with them. but to answer your general question, no, in the grand scheme of things supplements don't make much of a difference in terms of gaining muscle.

Man some black people have crazy genes. My buddy in college was ripped and he walked on as a sprinter on the track team at 18. Before he walked on I asked him if weighlifted, he said he just did some push-ups and bodyweight stuff ( a la Hershel Walker). He looked like a smaller version of Adrien Peterson. DEM GENEZ.

not really, being of nordic descent might even be a slight hindrance since being tall makes it harder to put on muscle. all white races are pretty much the same in terms of genetic potential.
