Depending on the type of gym it could be almost 0% all the way up to an overwhelming majority. Once you know what you are looking for, it's very easy to say yes or no if they're on. Keep in mind, there are a lot of guys that are now getting HRT or TRT, and while technically they are on, they are just being brought up to the upper, natural, levels of testosterone levels for males. Going from 300-400 to 1100-1200 test levels makes a world of difference.
