I wonder the same thing about Newsroom, which a friend of mine loves, but I couldn't stand more than about 2 or 3 episodes of.

mrscrashjr loved west wing. Shes a politard tho, could explain some of it. I never got into it, although i've seen an episode here and there. Never tried newsroom, looks pretty similar/awful.

It seemed pretty terrible and in love with itself for being so progressive back when I caught an episode or two and I could never really get into it, but my wife really loved it when it was on iirc, although she was majoring in Sociology at Columbia when it was in it's heyday, so the story checks out.

She calls me gay for (mostly hate) reading Jezebel.com et al, though, so thankfully she's swung back a little from (what I presume) was annoying ultra-liberalism. Her parents and extended families are both from Boston, though, so I consider it a victory that she doesn't routinely use ethnic slurs in every day conversation.

I am approximately 10 years behind on television.

I will watch The West Wing when I finish up The Wire. Currently on s3.

Phone interviews are stressful, especially when they call you three hours early. I think it went pretty well though since they were talking about getting me out to Cali for an in-person interview. Time to brush up a little on a few things.

Be well.

First of all, let's play a game called "don't upload 600MB animated gifs that aren't remotely interesting because they cripple my browser"

Second of all, what do you guys think of this new PWO?
http://www.bosssportsnutrition.com/products/freakjuice

He's claiming "45mg ephedra" Possible? $60 is kind of a lot for snake oil but 45 servings means it's $1.33/serving

1000mg creatine
3000mg beta alanine
35mg ephedra
no idea what "1.3 dimethyl" means

It gets better, right? I mean the show must've taken a season or two to find its stride, so seasons 3-4 must be a lot better than season 1, right?
It's been a while, so I can't comment specifically on the quality of season one versus the others, but know that Mandy never comes back for season two if she really annoys the hell out of you, as she did to most people.

Same, iirc season 2 and 3 are the absolute highlights. Still in the top five shows of all time for me. Lol conservatives would prob break out in hives so ymmv.

Cliffs? That article was super long.

Does it just mean vain? Cause if so, guilty.

****. Nick Offerman just made an appearance in S1E5. Show definitely all down hill from here.

You can throw the "for me" in there making it impossible to for me to argue with you, but at it's current trajectory I'd say this is going to wind up just above Murphy Brown for me. So not top 20.

1,3-dimethylamylamine. AKA DMAA. It's illegal because some marathoner thought it was a good idea to take a ****load of it before a race and they dropped dead half way through. So it actually does do something noticeable.

Some supplements abbreviate it on the labels. Or call it something else. On the old Jack3d labels it was called "geranium extract" or something.

My new gym has 12 squat racks and only 2 treadmills. Pretty excited to start getting strong again.

Basically about how there is some new breed of guys who just want to look ripped (the "fight club" look) and have a visible 6pack. It's less that my list is guys who are just trying to do that (although EV obv falls into the spectrum of what the guy is talking about) and more that few H&F regs have visible abs. I think you do? I have no idea but in DF2 we trust so I'm going to go with "probably does."

Looks pretty sick, glgl. You're back approaching 100% I assume?

Pete Rubish used to train there. Too bad you missed him, but it's still probably got some sick lifters.

I've been cleared for everything, but my core is still healing and feels weak from lack of use and or/ odd from the healing. Today I just worked up to 165ish DL and I'll try squatting around 135 in a couple days. May have to switch to kilos since all the bumpers are measured that way.

I ain't never been divorced yet, but I lived with a girl for 6 years and then we broke up. When she moved out she took more or less what she thought was hers. I wouldn't say we were really great friends but we were in a ****ty smallish texas town (Lubbock) and didn't know anyone else so we'd sometimes hang out and uh, you know.

Anyway not long after we broke up we were walking in a bed bath and beyond or some **** like that so I could get something I needed and she was like "oh, yeah, you're also going to need all new dishes..." Oh. Anything else you can tell me I need while we're here.

Anyway my point is. Uh?

Welcome to Madison (?) apparently. If I ever grow some balls I'll show up at Madtown sometime.

Nah, a big part of it is that I live on the exact opposite side of Lake Mendota. I *work* only a few miles away from the place. I'm just bleh immediately after work and prefer to go home first.

Better than "you're also going to need this cream" imo.

Also, if enjoying pappy while sitting on your rug isn't singlelife#1, I don't know what is.

Planning on going to NIU kitchen in Miami next week, has anyone been? Any other good recommendations for Miami restaurants?
