I guess it depends on how you're measuring "The Economy".

I don't even think our economy is in a terribad state. Probably the only bad indicator is unemployment creeping up, but that's still ~6%, so it's not the end of the world. Still plenty of scaffolding jobs for the cuzzie bros.

That said, there are plenty of threats that could send us spinning any day.

You're confusing me with Monte. There is no passive aggressiveness here. I throw my bag under them mid-set. Half the time they fall and break something. I roll them out of the way (bigger guys can be a good warmup, nice pump) and begin my first set.

Aidain, looking forward to a review of the 21 yo Newzi Whisky. Sounds interesting.

A guy I know quit drinking a long time ago. We got to talking about alcohol and he said he has a bunch and doesn't know why he keeps it around he should sell it. I asked what he had and he said he was pretty sure a bottle of JW blue but didn't really know anything else.

So he never finds the the bottle of JW Blue but came up with a gigantic bottle of Chivas (meh, but w/e) and a bottle of Glenfiddich Special Reserve which I'm pretty sure is just their standard 12 y/o before it was rebranded a few years back. So I gave him some money, I kinda wanted to get a bottle of JW blue for 100 tho.

Also:

I bought an elliptical machine from Costco. I tried it out today, it's pretty nice. Went hard for 60 minutes (quite hard in fact) and it said I burned 1000 calories. Who knows if I did or not, sure felt like it.

Chasing that thigh gap?

Would be interesting to see what impact lots of elliptical work would have on squats. I would guess not very much

I'd guess it would depend mostly on the intensity

Hopefully things turn out well there. Our owner is from Ukraine and a ton of my, essentially coworkers are there. It's been completely insane how bad things have been there the last few weeks. It's kind of hard to imagine.

when ukraine was close to signing a trade agreement with europe, russia stepped in and offered much more money and the prez flopped sides. now there is split in allegiances - some want to head in the direction of the EU and some are pro kremlin
EU is not granting membership and masses of russian pipelines go through ukraine
but some still want to head west not east regardless

full blown anarchy atm. dividing the country is being thrown around as a solution

it is quite twisted, though
1/4 of europe's natural gas comes from russia
and 75+% of that gets there through ukraine so ukraine has had very cheap resources for a very long time now and is heavily industry based & they will not have those prices if they side with the EU

so what will they do?

I can cover this, as I saw a Seinfeld with a game-of-Risk Ukraine joke in it once. Apparently parts of Eastern France started calling themselves the USSR in the late 1980s. I remember hating the Russians in the 80s, and I obv passed my USA#1-loyalty test and did not even require reeducation seminars. Skip forward to Obama and the Internet, and you can see why yesterday some of the French are like "wait, we are French!" They began to smoke cigarettes in an aggressive manner and, according to movies I have seen, the USSR probably fired about 10,000 ICBMs. The result? Some of the dudes Yugo pays $0.80/hr and bills out at $85/hr can't even get fresh baguettes. They have to go day-old and they are sending Yugo madfaces via MMS. Yugo has concern. French people everywhere are having to curtail their 2nd naps of the day. It's basically mayhem.

Don't listen to SingSing, he is a french agent.

Yeah I was reading about Russian troops in the Crimea last night.

I have to go outof my way for Venezuela coverage here let alone Ukraine. USA#1!!!
