I do not train under the above conditions. Since I do not train in a mainstream gym, more a rant about how my sport is looked upon by the general public here, and probably a lot of others places to.

in related news...

the other day my gf was like "I wanna go to gym, lose weight (obv she means fat), etc". I showed her the squat section from ss dvd and when she saw the hot chick she was like "zomg want"... i got a boner.

I go to Vegas on occasion. But not for atleast another year. If you stick with your diet, I'll agree to meet you.

I remember the first time my DL was high enough to start the warm up sets at 135 and I didn't have to stack it on plates any more. That was cool.

You'll be there in no time. Unless that really was Kgs and you're basically there.

I will def be going to vegas this summer myself, not sure when yet, or for how long. Depends on run goot factor between now and then. Vegas drains me pretty hard the way I do it, I don't think I lasted 5 days last time I went. I'll see if I can make it 1-2 weeks this time. Might try and play the ME, we'll see how it goes.

F. I ended up having a terrible cheat meal today. I was stuck at work with very limited options and out of my mind starving. I had a big size cup of noodles with like 1/3 gallon of whole milk. At least I worked out today. I guess.

I was hopin to save my cheat meals for super tasty food, not f crappy cup o noodles. But sometimes, it's better than nothing. Barely.

I've followed it all month. Besides messing up the carb refeeds, I've really stuck to it all month. I think I've had 2, maybe 3 cheat meals total.

I'm still trying to find my way through this, but what I am doing atm is pretty easy.

Man I really want some pulled pork now. One of my favorite things in the whole world. Managed to put away a slab of baby back ribs Thursday night and it was glorious. They were really really good though I felt kinda guilty that it was at some pseudo-chain place instead of a real bbq joint. I seriously love Memphis style bbq and so the bbq in TN always makes me drooooooool. Vinegar ftw.

I might need to get on some bbq tonight post workout. Dammit.

Also - Vegas does get kinda boring if you live here. Nation - the Secret Garden at Mirage is pretty awesome for a daytime date fwiw. Dolphins and lions and tigers oh my!

I actually agree with this but wasn't sure if whoever started this topic lived in LV or was visiting.

There's really good hiking and rock climbing if you're into that.

But as far as cultural stuff and interesting places to hang out, non-tourist LV is pretty weak.

A ridiculous amount, especially off mats with rubber plates.

i would guess he is probably good for 4-5 typical deadlift reps(resetting each rep obv)

the bounce clearly helps, the easiest way to tell is that the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th reps look as easy if not easier than the first
