I agree with this statement.

That's cool I didn't know that about you. I actually was going to school for music composition for a while. I still dabble from time to time. I used to use fruity loops a lot because it was really easy, but now I have a mac and just use garage band. It's good but I'm a lot slower at it, depending on what I am doing.

dieting sucks. I already hit 2100cals, i'm short on protein, and i'm hungry. I'm fine with going up to 2200-2300 on off days, I'll lose weight like that for a while.

Maybe I need a leaner meat option for my dinner? 57g protein fora 12oz chuck steak just ain't cuttin' it.

Are donks eating 1600cals a day doing like 4 protein shakes a day to hit 200g protein? Eating nothing but canned salmon?

at 200g protein that's 800calories. If you're shooting for 1600 or w/e number then you'd have 800 calories left which if you go zero-carb works out to about 90g fat. I eat a lot of chicken, and I also make a omelet with like 3 full eggs, 3 egg whites, couple slices of cheese, and sometimes some ham.

Chicken/tuna/fish/etc.. are going to give you a better bang for your buck than steak/red meat.

Edit: You could eat 200g of protein from chicken and only eat 900 calories on the day.

def not doing egg whites. I do 4 whole eggs + kipper snacks for breakfast. ~500cal, 44g protein.

Here's my stats for today. Think I'm gonna have some skim milk + whey which will put me ~200g protein and 2350cal. maybe double scoop it. This is probably slightly off due to the fact I trimmed a bunch of fat off the steak.

If your eating like that everyday that is pretty pretty good. You will shed pounds very fast. I have been eating 8-10 eggs a day, .8 pounds of steak, pound of chicken, an apple, veggies for the last 6 months and have gone from 26-27% bf to 12% and lost 33 pounds. So it's def not tough to diet if you love meat and eggs.

i'm skeptical you went from 27% BF to 12% in a month, but then again you're legend EM2. 33lbs in a month is a crap load and your diet doesn't sound like much of a deficit.

beanless chili in a crockpot seems like a good meal to throw into the mix. lean-ish ground beef, maybe pork loin too, tomatoes, onions, peppers, spices, whatever.

yeah I was thinkin' either chili or beef brisket (better #s than the chuck) this weekend. I bought the chuck steak cuz it was dirt cheap. I'm not a good enough cook to justify paying more than like $7-8/lb for a cut of meat.

? That's a 7oz serving (1.75x4oz). every google tard I see has 4oz of boneless/skinless at 110cal, 1.5-2.5g fat, 23-24g protein. My #s use 2.5g fat. if it's off it's not by much.
Braised beef brisket mmmmm. I've got like 7 lbs frozen I need to cook up this weekend.
