at 200g protein that's 800calories. If you're shooting for 1600 or w/e number then you'd have 800 calories left which if you go zero-carb works out to about 90g fat. I eat a lot of chicken, and I also make a omelet with like 3 full eggs, 3 egg whites, couple slices of cheese, and sometimes some ham.
Chicken/tuna/fish/etc.. are going to give you a better bang for your buck than steak/red meat.
Edit: You could eat 200g of protein from chicken and only eat 900 calories on the day.
