Don't fat **** yourself unless you want to. Or are you talking about 6'1", 200 lbs, 5% BF ripped as ****? If so, no. A cautionary tale: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/85...s-10-a-1368834

SALTS vs ExpectedV. Soulman is old and has other life priorities and enjoys his nomzies, so we can forgive his transgressions against the lifting gods. ExpectedV, however... Good genetics, good diet, awful mind, awful training, awful trolling, no heart. RIP.

My log doesn't even deserve to be used as a cautionary tale. Well, apart from the GOMAD phase where I gained 25 lbs or so in less than half a year for laughable gains. What an awful, awful idea.

Your food choices are pretty horrendous. You're consuming a ton of sugar (as in like Aragon and Lustig would both agree you are in the at risk population) in addition to basically no protein.

On a slightly related topic...

Are we all still taking creatine, bros? And I mean of the monohydrate variety, not the 'tine variety. I tried it years ago. Going to give it another crack for science, but what's the #hottakes on creatine these days?

Take it bro. One of the few supplements with proven effects and it's cheap, so why not? It's said effect differs from person to person though. Personally I don't think I get all that much out of it but I still take it, because cheap.

Yeah, that was my logic the first time I tried it... but eventually I just gave up. Never really felt like I got anything out of it.

...and that's my logic this time. I just got a kilo for $40, which is probably still expensive, but I'll give it a crack for 6 months.

You are not reading that correctly, lol.

I will not be putting on a sash and heels for a beauty pageant, ever.

Simple maybe, but certainly not easy.

It's so much easier to restrict than to stuff your face hour after hour daily.

Def depends where you are on the nomzies continuum. If I had a real jube where I didn't walk 20 feet, sit for 10 hours, then walk 20 feet back to my bed (with an intermittent stop on the couch in between). I could probably eat more.

But no way to know if all that extra walking wouldn't make me super hungry and outweigh the benefits.

I still think the latter is easier ainec, but I guess when we're talking about going from 160-220 is a whole different ballgame than 220-270. Just like it's easy as hell to restrict stuff and get from 30% bf to 20% bf, but 20% bf to 10%bf is hard as ****.

Can you folks stop being sperglords and understand that eating 5-6k calories of lean meats and complex carbs probably sucks just as much dick as eating 1800 calories of lean meats and fibrous veggies?

Neither sounds really ****ing fun since I see zero breads pudding.

What's a good value windows laptop these days? Something mid range. I don't have a budget, but obviously no over the top gaming laptops or anything. Just need it for really basic stuff. But I want my 102 tabs to run smooth.
