Cheers dude! That's awesome. One thing you should certainly do is pop down and get a workout in down my gym. Give us a shout closer to the time if you want me to sort that out.

Guinness Tour; get a dart out to Howth and walk up Howth head then grab some seafood and a pint are musts in terms of things to 'do' in Dublin. But generally the magic of Dublin is hanging out in great little pubs and letting the day wash over you (avoid Temple Bar like the plague). Drop us a PM when you've got your itinerary worked out and I'll send you on whatever information I have to hand.

Getting to the extreme end of the training cycle. A work block like this is very bespoke and doesn't carry over to anything other than a 500m time. And spending time on this would mean you're taking time and energy away that could be spent doing aerobic training / assistance work, etc. That's what's required at this stage however.

I worked pretty hard. Over 200 training sessions in the calendar year. I'm not sure how much more is really practical.
1 / 6, but I'm not too disheartened by that tbh.

For this year:

HBBS: 170kgs
Deadlift: 250kgs
Bench: 125kgs
Press: 90kgs
500m Row: 1:18.9

I'm not going to set 2k or 5k row goals. I think power and strength will be the focus for another year. If I achieve all of the above then next year it might be time to look into some bodyweight / bf % goals during 2016. Slowly, slowly we'll get there.
