DT,

Do you have a goal weight in mind, or an end date for the diet?

Pretty sure the goal was 270 by the first of the year. He's right there but the brutal holiday meals and festivities will make the rest of the year a grind.

Our friend-bard has incorrectly identified my this year goal, which was 270s i.e. 270-279. Maybe that's why he works in FL.

So anyway I have a tenuous goal of 105/231 in mind. Arbitrary. I am not really firm on that. I have a 12-week goal of 250 (Mar 1, goal was made two weeks ago). I may be happy at 250. We'll see. Depends on body comp, mostly.

220 would be like your Airness. 260 would be like the Round Mound of Rebound.
240 would be like the King.

Seems like an easy call.

I'm guessing Pappy is going to have something to say about it.

All the bands I liked in 1995-2005 or whatever seem to play now. Idk. It's weird. Mega-elite lineups that I would have killed to see seem to play fests now. Too bad I'm too old and have too bad of an attitude to go see some of these shows.

My diet was just a joke this week. I did oooook, but pretty bad. I predict +2 for the week. I haven't weighed all week though. We'll see in the morning.

You very well may be trolling, but for me, stagnant then +1lbs over holidays was pretty good. I ate and drank a lot.

Shoveled snow for like an hour

It's supposed to snow another 2-8" or something so I'll probably shovel about an hour or so more tonight when it finally stops. I think we have about a foot or so as of right now. Not really a workout (although myfitnesspal says it burns... 761 kcal/hour... lol?), but also not really compatible with KBs since my back is pretty tired from the shoveling so I'm just gonna wait til it stops to continue KBs.

No shiet, good work. I gained a few pounds for the holidays. Fakebusto is already 15%+. KC is at least 200 (no weight updates? Lol). And YTF gained at least 25 pounds.

1 pound? Beast mode.

Hey DT,

I know you are a football fan, and there was a pretty cool play I saw last Sunday that I thought you would enjoy, so I wanted to tell you about it. It was the Bears-Packers game and the Bears were about to win cause the Packers had like 4th and 10 at midfield and needed to score a TD, and Aaron Rodgers was about to be sacked but he rolled out of it and then off his back foot he threw a perfect long bomb to Randall Cobb, who was inexplicably wide open, who caught it and jogged it in for a TD. Seriously, except for maybe Russell Wilson, I am not sure there is any other quarterback who has the combination of mobility, pocket presence, and arm strength to make that play, so the Packers were pretty lucky they had Rodgers there. Was a great play. I highly recommend you check it out on Youtube or something.
