Is one of them more "legit"? I was always under the impression there was really only 1 major international federation. Or are there just simply 2?
USAPL/IPF is legit in that they test for drugs. They dont allow speciaty bars. You have to weigh in right before the meet. They also have lots of other stupid rules that make me dislike them.

USPA/IPL is not drug tested. They allow specialty bars, which some think is FPS or something, but I like using good squat and DL bars a lot. They allow you to weigh in the day before the meet. You might be competing against some people who use steroids, but from what people tell me, most of those guys lift in multiply gear, not raw.

yeah, there were judges and competitors from other countries at both USPA nationals and IPL worlds, but I'm not aware of any meets outside the US.

There are a whole bunch of other federations as well. USAPL & USPA are the two biggest that hold meets in my area.

I woke up this morning and im ridiculously sore in like my armpit (on one arm). Kind of like just below hair patch. Its really awkward and never felt it before. Doesnt really hurt thhat much with arm up in air and moving around (feel it a little) but when I put my arm down next to my side and it presses is really uncomfortable.

Yesterday was one of first days back in the gym, took it easy and did some seated rows/lat pulldowns and squats. Then I rockclimbed. could any of this have done it?

Dadude - Sure. Sounds to me like you may have adhesions or a slight tweak somewhere close to the lats/pec/infraspinatus area maybe. I'm guessing the pulldowns and rock climbing "did it" or whatever.

The other day I came in to work, and there was a dude pooping in the bathroom. I took a shower, brushed my teeth, got dressed, when I was done he was STILL POOPING. If I was on the toilet for more than 2 minutes and nothing was happening I'd just get up and come back later. You clearly just don't want it bad enough right now.

I'm a software developer. We have a very active group of cyclists, runners and swimmers here, so they have both mens and women's showers. I shower on the days I ride to work (2-3 days/week)

I occaisonally get my phone out but I'm usually done before I can even bring up an app.

Usually I'm poasting in H&F from my phone.

But since I have both problems, yeah. Getting a rock hard prairie dog to come out without tearing a new exit hole is a delicate, time consuming proposition. If it diarrhea day, you don't want to leave before you are done, especially if you have to go to a meeting or something where leaving in the middle is awkward or inappropriate.

So I'm either pleading with myself to hurry up and finish or to slow down and hope to not bleed out on the bathroom floor.
