I had a date. Date went good so I forgot about the berries, homemade ldo, so I killed them after she left. 85% chocelate was very nice, berries from egypt not so much.

It is freaking cold outside still imo, and Im not sure the course is open yet, or well, it is still on winter greens I think.

Not as sweaty as after stationary bike cardio, some technique problems.

Diet good again today

Had an avocado instead of some oil. 200g smoked salmon otherwise chicken and whey for protein. Oats and yams for carbs. Fat: Olive, flax, almonds, avocado, fishoil.

Dmitri is a fancy word for bench paused on the chest for 3-5 secs.

Carpet press:

"Carpet press is when you use a rolled up carpet instead of a board for benching.
So, a carpet press is more like a board press. Because the carpet is not stiff it creates similar but different exercise. "
