trap bar DL/farmer walks cardio hell
405x4, 15 yard walk, 4 more reps, 15 yard walk no rest. **** this. I was winded for about 15 minutes after that.
**** farmers walks. My teammates were doing banded DLs, so I decided to join them.
band DLs
225+ a bunch of small bands x 3 x 3, adding bands each set
We took the small bands off and put a giant band on - 3 - this was about the same as all the other bands combined.
I added a medium green band to the giant red one - 3
All reps went very fast. One teammate said "you made that look easy". I said it is easy. Everyone else either struggled or failed or skipped the last set or two.
