741x1 - it was supposed to be 731. It felt harder than 731 did last week. Part of that was the heavier weight, but part was probably because the hips in my suit were not quite as tight.
I tightened the hips on the suit.

I picked it up 3 times before attempting to squat it. The first time, I kind of GM'ed it off the pins and tried to descend. I could tell that wasnt going to work as soon as my knees broke, so I reracked it. I stepped back and took several seconds, reset and picked it up again, but my feet were not far enough ahead. The weight was all on my toes, so I set it down and reset again. By this time, I had expended quite a bit of energy. I moved my feet forward a little and picked it up again. Halfway down, I could tell it was not going to come back up without help. I heard the up command and it sank another couple inches before I got rescued.
My left knee felt bad after this. It was tight when I started warmups. It loosened up and felt ok after doing some mobility work and more squats. It felt fine after 741. I'm pretty sure I have a lot of adhesions in my left quads that need attention.
I decided since the knee was angry at me, I would do DLs as secondary work.

Right hip felt bad. It felt the way it has been feeling when I max out benching lately. I havent felt this during DLs or squats recently, only benches. I figured at this point I should stop everything.
The hip felt worse when I got home, so I loosened it up with a lacrosse ball. That helped a lot, but its not all the way gone yet.
