So I am starting to wander into thermogenics some. I was at my local GNC and I picked up some Adrenalyn Stacks sports drinks because they were cheap and I thought I would give it a go. Then I went online and compared the ingredients to other thermogenics and realized there are a ton.

Which ones in your mind are the most effective/favorite? They all boost to do the same thing, but they all have a ton of different ingredients. Thanks for your opinion.

they arent all the same thing, thats what the different ingredients do. do your research next time before buying some overpriced crap

Thanks for your contributions. They are helpful. As far as Im concerned a thermogenic is something that contributes to the bodys buring of fat through generating heat. Anything else that a thermogenic claims to do is secondary to the fat buring for me.

So since there are so many ingredients in thermogenic drinks, which claim to do the same thing, what ones do you find most effective? Or maybe what ingredients have proven most effective?



And I do diet and exercise. Im starting to hit a wall for the amount of time I have. I will be able to put forth more time once summer comes and school is done but until then anything that would help produce some more results would be much appreciated.

i havent attempted to get it in awhile but i think the EC stack is still tops in this regard (failing something questionable like DNP).

ive used hot rox in the past for convenience sake and it seems fine.
