Belly fat, secondary amenorrhea? Belly fat, secondary amenorrhea?

Hi everyone! I am a girl of 15 yrs old,and i am currently not having my periods from march 2015. This because i restricted my diet a lot and exercised a lot, losing weight quickly to achieve my goals.(having a flat,non-wobbly stomach)
I didn't reach my goal though i weigh only 99 lbs and i'm 5 ft 1.81 tall..
I still have fat on my stomach, and do not know what to do.. Do not tell me to diet more as this will make my health get worse and worse..
I am considering a break from my workouts (90 minutes of cardio+strenth training and abs exercises,3 times a week.. And 40 minutes of dancing rehearsals the remaining three days in between). I take one day to rest.
I really want to know if it may be possible that missing my periods could be the reason my stomach has still fat despite my workouts and nutrition (which is healthy). Could i get finally and hopefully a flat stomach after getting my periods back? If so,what do i have to eat during these 30 days of cool down? And could i dance the same for forty minutes three times a week,as it's sort of a job for me? Please,be kind, and answer.. Because i swear,i'm literally freaking out with this thing.. Just can't handle it anymore..

I agree, you should go to a doctor. It may be that you have an eating disorder, in which case you may not be able to able to sensibly judge your body shape, amount of fat and so on.. If you can, you would be best to eat a good healthy diet and an amount of calories to at least maintain your weight.

5 foot 1.81 inches tall? That is a very specific height.

I also agree that you should probably see a doctor. Not having a period is not a normal result of weight loss/dieting

I used to date a basketball player who would lose her period during the season.

Spoiler:
She was also bulimic.

I think eliminating the cardio would help. So just do weightlifting plus your dance rehearsals.

I really think you can be 5'1 99 pounds and be skinnyfat. The solution is gaining muscle. And you are not going to do that by doing cardio all day. MOAR weightlifting, LESS cardio, MOAR protein. Fat problem solved.

Also pics of your stomach. I am the foremost bodyfat authority around here and I can honestly tell you if you are too fat for weighing 100 pounds. We have seen instances of 5'9 150 pound males being fat. And IMO it was caused by overconsumption of sugar combined with being sedentary (with a special emphasis on not moving weights).
