Our gym got an eliteFTS multi grip bar. Has 4 or 5 grip positions and allows you to bench with a neutral grip. I used a narrow grip as my main tricep movement. It was significantly harder than regular bench and even CGBP.

A teammate of mine got food poisoning last week too. I have had it three times in my life. Its the worst illness I've ever had.

It was pretty terrible. Sunday was the worst, barely ate anything. Monday and Tuesday weren’t quite as bad but had to stick to mostly toast, peanut butter, bananas.

First time failing a rep in a while. This bench variation is pretty hard but 250 for 5 should be there considering I did 245x6 last time. Pretty sure I was fatigued from yesterday’s workout still. It took a lot out of me and my entire back is really sore today.

Pretty sure I went too hard last week and my CNS and lower back are still fried. Almost didn’t lift today, but decided to go in and try high bar squats. First time with a regular barbell on my back since maxing at the end of 2019.

Bench was weird today. Singles felt as strong as ever, did 315 for a paused single and it was fast, but then worksets were harder than expected

Pause bench:

315x1 @8.5 this felt like an 8 based off how fast and smooth it moved but not sure I could do 3 reps
