lots of the guys on gh15 are scared to death of their abs getting a little watery or if they "look flat", even while "bulking". They won't eat enough, take the deca & dbol, or sacrifice their hundreds of sets of isolation work to bother becoming strong.
boggles my mind. literally all you have to do is take the **** and get on any kind of reasonable progression and bam, strong. and bigger in the bargain.
but I would never stand on stage in my underwear painted brown so I don't get the mindset from any angle.
Yeah the total tard:good poster ratio there is pretty abysmal and there's lots of guys who are deathly afraid of actually getting strong/less than 10 reps/volume, even if they did so in the absence of bulking. I think when you get the drugs+strong+hundreds of sets of isolation you get the Ronnie Colemans of the world, and when you just do the isolation horse**** you don't progress as fast and generally look worse. I guess I'll find out first hand soon enough.
On an unrelated note, one of my friends made a promo for his training/mma coaching business.
I love the guy, but this reminds me of Mac on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. There's a few clips of my lifting on his channel as well
Every once in a while someone will pop out with some high-rep justification that, say, Tom Platz had the greatest legs ever and he did 20 rep sets in squat, so I do them too!

Yeah but bro, he did that with 405, not 135.
My favorite is always "Bro, look at this powerlifter who squats 700lbs and benched 400 but is not buff or jacked and probably doesn't get any of the pussy" without mentioning that its obvious fat guy in rubber suit quarter sumo squatting.
I mean if you incline 400lbs+ for high reps, you have an IFBB chest even if the same guys are tarding around about "mind muscle connection".
It was the lowest I could go without screwing up my sleep or studies too much. MFP suggests 1400, which isn't drastically different. Is it unreasonable to aim for over two pounds/week?

Doing a lot of cardio and no weight training with a low protein diet tells your body that it doesn't really need all that muscle and that it doesn't have the resources to keep it anyway. So it allows the muscle to be "cannibalized" by the body.
Ah. I have minimal muscle to preserve. Just trying to lose as much weight as possible to make existence easier for my gimped lower back. Doing low-carb because there's supposedly less hunger, holding calories constant.
100 bill at my work. Watermark, safety strip, ridges on the collar, color shifting ink, all the bells and whistles. Would have happily accepted it. Failed the pen test.
So they just announced another guest for the CAPO Nationals over here later in the year...
No big deal... just Boris Sheiko.
Boris Sheiko - "Russian Super Coach" is now a confirmed guest at CAPO Nationals 2013 "Hobart"
Sheiko himself will conduct ONE seminar only whilst in Australia - it will, take place on Saturday evening the 10th of August at the Derwent Entertainment Centre (competition venue).
This is will not be your basic Q & A seminar - Sheiko plans to prepare thoroughly, and will cover technique and methodology of powerlifting training, with the use of digital video and photo material.
Tickets to participate in this rare opportunity will be on sale soon.

Bank confirms fake bill, has seen more if them.
Be careful
I really wonder how many fake bills ive been given I dont even hold them up to the light. I probably touch 10000 everyday.
90% of my hundreds are from one casino, so if they tried to tell me I had a fake I'd prob ISF.
That happened to a guy at a casino i was playing at a few years ago. He went to buy some chips, they found one of his bills was counterfeit. They confiscated it, apparently to give to the secret service, which is the agency that covers counterfeit money.
The guy was a reg who played every day so so told them he probably got it from the casino in the first place, but obviously the casino wasn't giving him a refund for the fake bill.
Ugh, I'm feeling disgusting and superfat. I can't wait to stop bulking. Or maybe it was the fact that I attempted this 5lb burger challenge last night and was defeated
