Boston. I'd prefer to compete against other raw lifters.

http://www.rawpowerlifting.com/ is the 100% RAW fed.

Easiest way to search for meets is here though:

Micturition Man, you made up a fake quote from me so you could respond to it with +1? Come on man, that is trying way too hard.

any1 working out @ 24hr in Vegas? i'm @ the one off green valley if anyone wants to talk shop...just got back into the gym (well, to be fair, started hitting it hard when i hit 270lbs back on Nov 1, dropped down to 235, got back to a solid 250, and am now chizzeling down to an ab-exposed weight of...idk, maybe 230. would like to get back into my 34's and have the abs popping out along with some vascularity, dont rlly care what the scale says, but i'd be shocked if i could get back into a 34 @ 240lbs.

slight brag; my buddy dwarfs cutler. DWARFS. and he's younger than me (i'm 27). he'll be pro within a year especially if they start getting these dwarfs (no offense to the 5'7-5'9 dudes out there, i'm just ready to see a true six foot plus win the olympia) off the stage and letting the really, really big men compete in the super heavys.

The phrase "no h0m0" is conspicuously absent here.

So I just started getting olympic lifting coaching. The schedule is m,w,sa. The first two times i did snatches that were pretty light, cleans and jerks that were light and then high bar squats. I still want to do strength work because it doesnt seem like there is going to be any and the class. I want to do heavy squats and bench, press, and deadlift. Anybody know what we be a good schedule for that?

if you were to purchase a power cage, where would you look? CG/ebay have already been checked. apparently at one point there were also stocked here. though presses would probably be next to impossible inside of it.

should i try to find a local welder?

What happened to the muscle up/pistol contest we were going to have?

Folks,

How much mass does food lose when you cook it? How much fat renders off? Is there like a handy chart? I realize this is like a question about weiners regarding showers and growers where less moist/fatty foods lose less mass than their chubby/wet counterparts. I would probably answer this question myself if I owned a scale, but its so much effort. I'll pass for now and instead hope that someone has guidelines for how much mass is lost from fat bastard ground beef when cooked (How the **** does the beef/pork mixture have a 14/23 ratio of protein/fat. **** the heck??!)

Can't vouch on validity blah blah blah, seems somewhat reasonable (although who in the hell would rinse the cooked ground beef to take off more fat?)

I remember seeing this info on the nutritional label for bacon. Unfortunately I don't have a package of bacon here with me at work.

Maybe,

Thanks. This looks informative and is almost exactly what I was wanted.

not,

Thought counts.

I've actually known quite a few people who have done this. Obviously all were women.

Haha, I get that.

Lindt chocolate truffles are the best post-workout insulin-spiking cascade-inducing anabolic matrix meal. Perhaps even more than waxy maize starch.
04-22-2010 , 04:24 PM
Let's not overdo it, how can you beat wazy maize's high molecular weight, dragging other content out of your stomach and into your entrails with high speeds and unparalleled uptake percentage?
04-22-2010 , 04:27 PM
crying guy cries the best has been making me laugh for about 6 days now......

i obv love very intellectual humor.
