Squat: 345x5
Bench Press: 195x4
Rack Pull: 375x1, 355x5
Dips: +45x5x3
Cable Row: 165x8, x6
Squats were feeling very heavy, and I was concerned about the rest of the workout being a cluster****. Played soccer on tuesday night after volume day. But bench was good, managed an extra rep above target (possible rep PR), rack pulls felt solid and dips were good too.
Now to eat chicken pasta and cake
