i tried them on last night to make sure they fit (they do) and did some air squats. they felt better than my do-wins without a doubt.

October 26th: Intensity

Squat: 345x5
Bench Press: 195x4
Rack Pull: 375x1, 355x5
Dips: +45x5x3
Cable Row: 165x8, x6

Squats were feeling very heavy, and I was concerned about the rest of the workout being a cluster****. Played soccer on tuesday night after volume day. But bench was good, managed an extra rep above target (possible rep PR), rack pulls felt solid and dips were good too.

Now to eat chicken pasta and cake

Eh, been a while. Sandy knocked power out to the gym for a week, and then we got Tamara in today and a bunch of snow. Managed to drive to the gym to get some work in, eerily quiet but no complaints.

Squat: 275x5
Bench Press: 175x5x2, 175x6x1
Pullups: 8,7,6 (after a handful of muscle up attempts/failures)
Ab Roller: BWx10x3

I have a sore groin muscle in one leg, just a light strain from indoor football last night, but limiting squats. Current irregularity in the gym not conducive to making any progress at lifts or bodyweight, hopefully back to it now.

Press: several singles of 135, random other stuff with mix of klokovs
Rack Pull: 375x1, 355x3 (mixed), 355x3 (straps)
Dips: +45x5x3
Chins: BWx10, 8, 4

Groin still feeling sore, so didnt squat. Mostly just mucked around.

knee is feeling pretty good, this week i must have strained my inner thigh at indoor football. i didn't even notice it until it came time to squat, hopefully its gone by monday.

Not a bad workout. Need to do more aesthetic stuff, and more back stuff, but feel like making progress again.

BB Lunges: 95x8x3, supersetted with:
Press: 95x8x3
Neutral Chins: +45x5, 5, 4
Farmers Walk: 75s, five trips, supersetted with:
Ab Roller: BWx8x5

Reasonable day again. Still need to add some more bilateral work, especially right quad. And more hyperbrophy. Never enough time or recovery ability for everything.

Full of WIL today. Squats should have been five, bench should have been at least three. Got a "that's impressive, man" from some jacked dude after squat workset, so that's something, at least. Time to eat all the chicken.

Grazed and bruised both knees on astroturf playing football last night, so a bad nights sleep and sore knees did not a good workout make. Squat form is pretty awful at the moment. Not eating enough, getting enough sleep or doing enough foam rolling.

Bodyweight was down to 162 on sunday morning, which was odd considering my diet for friday and saturday was shakes, snickers and beer. Hopeful a bit of a mental break over thanksgiving and I'll be more into it next week.

Played indoor football again last night, and we were embarrassed 10-1. Worst game I have played in a long time, and my grazed knees are still all beat up. Easy recovery session ahead of feasting tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good one!

Brutalised some team 7-1 at indoor last night, took it easy at the gym. Keep opening the turf grazes on my knees. Weighed in at 167.0 this morning.

Felt ****ing invincible after squats. Gym was empty, was by myself with metallica blasting, form felt locked in. Pity about the bench, but rack pulls were good and worked through the rest of it ok.

Cleaned my TKs and they were still sitting on the drying rack at home , so squats were wrapless and didnt feel quite as good as friday. Everything else was ok, weighed in at 166.0 this morning. Man i need to eat more.
