Pretty beat after playing two playoff games of soccer yesterday (was the penalty shootout hero, saving one and scoring the winning one
). Took long rests but got everything done. Weighing ~165lbs at the moment in the am. Did some measurements over the weekend, and not much has changed since july, except added 3.5cm to my chest circumference. Time to gain some slow weight, try and get the upper lifts going and getting a bit more volume/aesthetic volume in whilst making slow progress on squats and deads. Time to up the (food) dose!
